What is a context graph?

Picture an agent that declines a credit application, or approves a discount, or flags a transaction as risky. A knowledge graphA representation of real-world entities and their relationships, stored according to organizing principles, typically in a graph database. tells you the accounts and organizations involved. It does not tell you which tools the agent called, in what order, or which policy or precedent applied.
